Definitions & Interpretation

Whenever the following terms are used in these Terms & Conditions, they carry the meanings given alongside them:

  • "Platform" means the 7zbet website, mobile version, and all associated services.
  • "User" or "You" means any person who accesses services through a registered account on the 7zbet platform.
  • "Account" means the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
  • "Bonus Balance" means the amount added to an account under a promotional offer that requires specified conditions to be met before withdrawal.
  • "Real Balance" means funds deposited by the user themselves.
  • "Wagering Requirement" means the amount of betting that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • "Services" means sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and all entertainment activities on the platform.

Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the 7zbet platform:

2.1 Registration Conditions

  • Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
  • If false or misleading information is provided, the account may be closed immediately.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential.
  • Sharing account details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7zbet may request identity verification from a user at any time to ensure secure transactions. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

Age & Eligibility

For ages 21+. Only those aged 21 or above may use 7zbet's services. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
  • At the time of account creation, the user must confirm that they are at least 21 years of age.
  • Creating an account on behalf of a minor or using the services for a minor is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • If there is any doubt regarding age, 7zbet may request proof of age at any time.
  • Using the platform from a region where online gaming is legally prohibited is entirely at the user's own risk.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7zbet processes secure and fast transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and financial services.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:

  • bKash — Mobile Financial Service
  • Nagad — Digital Financial Service
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking
  • Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

4.2 Deposit Conditions

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
  • Deposits must be made only from a payment source registered in the user's own name.
  • Depositing via a third party or with borrowed funds is prohibited.
  • Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
  • If identity verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
  • In cases of suspicious transactions, 7zbet reserves the right to request additional verification.
All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption technology. 7zbet will never ask for a user's bank or mobile banking PIN.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

7zbet offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance will be ৳2,200.
  • Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total balance will be ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, betting of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in betting must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • A user may not claim the same offer more than once.
  • Bonuses may only be used for recreational gaming — using them for arbitrage or any other purpose is prohibited.
  • 7zbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
  • If a breach of offer terms is found, the bonus and all funds earned from the bonus may be forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in special circumstances approved by 7zbet.
  • If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets may be considered void.
  • If a market or event in sports betting is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • Placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

6.2 Live Betting

In live betting, odds may change rapidly while an event is in progress. 7zbet will not be held responsible if a bet is not confirmed due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

Section 7

Fair Use Policy

7zbet is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage on the platform.
  • Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
  • Intentionally exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Stealing or misusing the account information of other users.
  • Harassing, abusive, or inappropriate conduct toward platform staff or other users.
In the event of a breach of the above rules, 7zbet reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 7zbet

7zbet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Provision of false or incomplete information.
  • Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
  • Bonus abuse or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the system.
  • Long-term inactive account (in accordance with the applicable inactivity policy).

8.2 Account Closure by the User

A user may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Valid balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any bonus balance with an unfulfilled wagering requirement will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

  • Unauthorized access to an account by a third party where the user has not taken appropriate security measures.
  • Losses resulting from temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons.
